I JUST watched this movie! Although I enjoyed the Ahmanet concept and enjoy her more than Imhotep, I didn't care for the movie (and REALLY dislike and disagree with the ending).
With that in mind, I agree with you 100%! THIS should have been how the movie ended (with all of the crazy stuff they had in that movie, this would not have been too crazy. Heck, Set might even grant Ahmanet this just to help her out
